Last January, the Trustees created a committee to revise the 2015 constitution and by-laws to bring them into concordance with new Ohio Secretary of State guidelines for not-for-profit volunteer organizations. All changes were administrative in nature. There were no changes made to the number of officers or trustees authorized, nor were there any changes in the manner in which the organization is governed and managed.
The revised documents were provided to the Trustees on 22 March 2017, approved by the trustees on 26 April 2017 and were recommended for approval by the membership.
