YOUR DONATIONS HELP PRESERVE AND TELL THE STORY OF CHAMPAIGN COUNTY
The Champaign County Historical Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We rely on the generosity of donors who provide objects, library, and archival items, or donate funds toward our operations, education, and collection maintenance.
To submit any artifact to be considered for donation to the Champaign Co Historical Society, we request that you complete and return the Collection Application and return it along with photos of the object to the museum by mail or in person to CCHS, 809 E. Lawn Ave., Urbana, OH 43078, or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for review by our collections and exhibits committee.
DONATION ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
The Collections and Exhibits Committee develop and ensure the adherence to the museums policies regarding items that are accepted into the collection and displayed in our exhibits. The Committee consists of dedicated people who carefully review each proposed item and ask the following questions:
